Living History Day
The LeRoy Area Historical Society presents the second annual Living History Day at the LeRoy Museum near South Park.
The event includes:
- Reenactors: French and Indian War, 1700s, 1800s, demonstrations and more
- Demonstrations: Blacksmithing, rug weaving, coffee grinding
- Games for all ages: Lawn games, horseshoes, ring toss, darts, axe throwing, corn hole toss, races
- Old Time Market: Baked goods, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fall arrangements
- Vintage vehicle display
- Local artist displays
Enjoy a Sloppy Joe lunch with baked beans, chips cookies and water.
General schedule:
- 9 a.m.: Displays open
- 10 a.m.: Demonstrations begin
- 11 a.m.: Lunch served
Free-will donations will be accepted for landscaping and other projects at the museum site.
