The Le Roy Commercial Club has released the schedule of events for this year's Summer Fest. Our annual celebration will be held from July 15-17. Check out this year's activities, which include some new events:
The LeRoy Farmers Market will open their season on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at their downtown location at the intersection of East Main Street and North Broadway Street. Vendors will be selling their goodies from 4:30 PM until 6:00 PM. The Farmers Market will be held each Thursday throughout the summer and early fall season.
The LeRoy Commercial Club Basket Social, which was held on June 3, was another success. Community members donated 62 items to the annual auction, which raised $6,208 for Summer-Fest and the betterment of the community throughout the year.
The evening of May 18 was perfect for a community gathering hosted by the Le Roy Area Ambulance as part of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week. The event included a brat and hot dog feed, a bounce house for kids and a special visit by the Mercy One AirMed helicopter. Visitors could also explore Le Roy's two ambulances. Our thanks to all who supported our ambulance crew with a free-will donation.
