The City of LeRoy is hiring for a full-time Public Works maintenance worker

(LeRoy, Minn.) — The City of LeRoy is looking for a full-time Public Works maintenance worker. This person will work under the supervision of the Public Works Director to support operation, maintenance and repair of streets, storm water systems, lift stations, water and sewer lines, city well, city buildings, parks and equipment.

The successful candidate must have hands-on mechanical skills and be able to work independently. The ability to obtain licensure in water (Class C) and wastewater (Class D) is required within a reasonable amount of time. A desire to serve the public is a must. The ability to respond to emergencies within 15 minutes is a must.
