LCT Dinner Theater ticket sales underway

LeRoy, Minn. — Dinner theater season is back in LeRoy, and ticket sales are now open for the LeRoy Community Theater’s production of “How to Host a Murder Mystery Dinner Party in 15 Simple Steps” by Brian D. Taylor.

What could be more fun than a murder mystery dinner theater show about learning how to host a murder mystery dinner party?

The show follows host Penelope Chrysler-Michelin as she presents her proven 15-step process for hosting the perfect murder mystery dinner. To demonstrate her method, Penelope stages her own party, complete with a carefully curated guest list designed to ensure the perfect mix of suspicious characters — including The Celebrity, The Writer, The Doctor and The Ladykiller.

But like any good mystery, things take a turn when a stormy night brings an unexpected visitor and the plot thickens. Fortunately, Penelope has planned for everything — including Step 8: “Always have a backup plan.”

Can anyone really be trusted at this devious dinner party?

Performance Schedule

  • Friday, March 20, 7 p.m. — Dessert only, $15

  • Saturday, March 21, 6 p.m. — Full meal, $25

  • Sunday, March 22, 4 p.m. — Full meal, $25

All performances will be held at the LeRoy Community Theater. A three-course Windsor Chop meal will be catered by Ody’s Meats for the full-meal shows.
