Le Roy Commercial Club Launches Logo Design Contest for City’s 150th Anniversary Celebration

(LeRoy, Minn.) — Do you have what it takes to create a winning logo design? The LeRoy Commercial Club needs your help designing a special logo for the city’s 150th anniversary celebration. The winning logo will be used throughout next year’s festivities.

The “LeRoy 150th Logo Design Contest” invites residents, artists, and anyone with a creative flair to submit their original designs. The winning artist will receive a free T-shirt featuring their design and $25 in LeRoy Bucks.

Contest rules

  • Designs must fit within a 3″ x 3″ size and be scalable up to 12″ x 12″ while maintaining legibility.
  • The design must include a notation of the 150th city anniversary.
  • Entries must be submitted on paper to City Hall or by email to cityclerk@leroymn.com no later than Monday, Nov. 10 at 4 p.m.

Voting will take place at the Nov. 12 LeRoy Commercial Club meeting.
