LeRoy Area Historical Society to Host Ice Cream Social and Band Concert June 21

(LeRoy, Minn.) — The LeRoy Area Historical Society invites the community to enjoy an afternoon of music, treats and local history at its Ice Cream Social and Band Concert on Sunday, June 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the South Park shelter in LeRoy.

Entertainment will be provided by My Friends and I, a band featuring members from LeRoy, Austin, Lyle and Lanesboro.

Guests can enjoy ice cream sundaes and root beer floats during the event. Free-will donations will be accepted.

The Ice Cream Social and Band Concert is the second of five events hosted by the LeRoy Area Historical Society as part of the community’s celebration of LeRoy’s 150th anniversary this year.

Visitors are also encouraged to stop by the LeRoy History Museum, which will be open during the event.

Everyone is welcome to attend and celebrate LeRoy’s rich history and community spirit.
